TriCore is a general contracting and construction management firm based in Memphis, Tennessee. With 100 years of combined personal experience in the construction industry, we are able to serve a variety of markets, including: industrial, manufacturing, warehouse/distribution, office additions and renovations. To each project, we bring an intimate understanding of each step of the process, from inception to completion. Each project reflects the highest standards of quality, while ensuring that projects meet schedule and budget guidelines.

Amazon
TriCore finished the work on a 616,002 SF distribution facility for Amazon in Memphis, TN. This facility is a greenfield project, completed on time August 2018.
Fresenius Laboratory
This Project for the Fresenius Medical Care Group was built for laboratory testing for Diabetes Patients in the region. This high profile project which included a groundbreaking ceremony by the Governor of Mississippi was completed on time and under budget. The project included a 90,000 SF Medical Grade Laboratory and 121,000 SF office. Offices included high grade finishes.
HOTWORX
HOTWORX was a small retail project whose needs fit perfectly for TriCore’s services.

The team (every subcontractor and trade included) did an incredible job of pushing through some of the wettest and most miserable early Spring months to deliver this building on the original completion date with zero rain delays. The building looks great and is a repeat of the quality we are accustomed to with no corners cut. Thanks again for your hard work.

We received the Certificate of Occupancy today for the above noted project. I’ve completed the punch walk and the building and all work looks great. Also, note the building was given over to us with CO earlier than required by lease by one day.
The punch list is minimal and the space is ready for THD occupancy.
